このポジションは、不動産アナリストで構成されるリサーチ部門で活躍してくれる人材を募集するものです。
Job Description
【職務内容】
- リサーチチームのメンバーとして、国内およびリージョン/グローバルにおけるクライアントの成果物を管理し、調整および提供に貢献する。
- 社内外の顧客に正確でタイムリーな市場概要を提供するために、分析調査資料の作成と配布を管理する。
- トレーニングプログラムやOJTへの積極的な参加と学習意欲。
- 新たなリサーチ製品やサービスの設計・開発・強化への取り組みに関するサポート業務。
- 社内データベースを更新し、データの品質と完全性を確保する。
【知識と経験】
- 分析や業務に関して細心の注意を払える。
- 事業用不動産の専門知識に関する学習意欲。
- リサーチの関連する統計やデータを理解し、ローカルチームとリージョン/グローバルチームの間の連絡係としての役割を果たす。
- エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントを含むMS Officeの優れたコンピュータ能力。その他分析ソフトウェアに関する高い学習意欲。
【技能と資格】
- 高いコンピュータスキル、Microsoft Office(Excel、MS Word、MS PowerPointを含む)
- 自主性と強い主体性
【言語と要求水準】
- 日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル
- 大学レベルの学位が最低限必要。
