【募集ポジションについて】
Expert事業における クライアント向けリサーチプロジェクト の中心メンバーとして、
調査設計 → 調査票作成 → 集計 → 分析 → インサイト抽出 → レポート作成
までを一貫して担当できる方を募集します。
食品・化粧品・ヘルスケアなど、多様な企業の新規事業・商品企画・PoC(仮説検証)支援を行います。
調査会社/広告代理店のリサーチ部門/事業会社のマーケティングリサーチ経験者に特にフィットします。
【業務内容】
■ 調査系プロジェクト(クライアントワーク)
・クライアントの課題整理、調査目的・仮説の構築
・定量/定性調査の調査設計
・調査票作成、指標設計
・データ集計・分析
・インサイト抽出
・レポート作成・顧客向け報告
・PoC(仮説検証)の設計・結果分析
・社内メンバーとの連携(PM・データサイエンス・デザイナーなど)
■ プロジェクト推進・品質管理
・調査票・分析内容のレビュー
・調査プロセスの標準化・ナレッジ蓄積
・若手メンバーや業務委託メンバーのサポート
【必須要件】
・調査設計〜分析〜レポート作成までの一連の実務経験
・定量調査または定性調査の経験
・クライアントワークの経験(調査会社・広告代理店・コンサル・事業会社リサーチ部門など)
・Excel/Googleスプレッドシート/PowerPointでの資料作成スキル
・日本語ネイティブレベル/英検2級レベル
