背景

ニールセンIQ(以下、NIQ)はグローバルでトップレベルの市場調査会社です。商品販売動向データと消費者調査をベースに、消費者購買行動の包括的な情報 (Full View) を提供し、クライアント企業の成長をサポートしています。2023年には耐久消費財の調査をリードするGfKと合併し、調査カテゴリーや地域をさらに拡大しています。市場のグローバル化が進むいま、最先端のプラットフォームを通じて、日本のみならず世界各国の緻密な市場データと予測分析、消費者インサイトを提供しています。

今回募集を行う Strategic Analytics & Insights部門は、当社の今後の成長を支える部門です。幅広い業界の企業からの要望に応じて、市場調査をベースとしたマーケティングソリューションを提供し、ビジネス課題の解決および経営判断をサポートしています。今回は、主に一般消費財メーカーや耐久消費財メーカーをクライアントとし、各社の課題に応じた市場調査の業務を担当する 「リサーチャー」 を募集します。入社後は調査プロジェクトのメンバーとして、リーダーの指示の下、調査設計から分析レポート作成までの一連の業務を担っていただきます。 様々な調査を通してスキル・経験を獲得し、将来的には、クライアントのマーケティング課題に沿った調査の企画からアクション提言までを行うコンサルタントとして成長していただけます。あるいは、特定の分析手法に関するエキスパートとしてキャリアアップすることなども可能です。

主な業務内容

入社直後

受注した調査プロジェクトの実施
調査票やインタビューガイドの作成、集計案の作成、調査内容に関するクライアントや関係メンバーとの調整、調査結果分析、報告書の作成、結果プレゼン、など調査プロジェクトにおける一連の業務。
クライアントは、主に飲料・食品・日用品などの一般消費財メーカーや、家電・IT・自動車などの耐久消費財メーカー・流通です。
消費者調査やデータ分析などの経験を生かせますが、未経験の場合でも、基礎的なトレーニングやOJTを通してご活躍できるポジションです。
その他、調査プロジェクトに関する情報収集や管理業務
インターネット等を用いたデスクリサーチ、最新の調査ソリューションに関する情報収集
海外オフィスとの連携(海外と協力してグローバル顧客向け資料のローカリゼーションを行うなど)
社内業務(受発注処理、請求書処理、など)
将来は・・・

クライアントの様々なビジネス課題(顧客理解、商品開発、販売プロモーション、ブランド育成、など)を把握し、社内外の調査エキスパートと協業しながら、適切な調査ソリューションの企画をリードします。時には、クライアントと一緒に出張し、現地調査の立ち会いをする場面もあります。また、分析結果を踏まえてビジネス課題解決のためのアクション提言を行うなど、コンサルタントとして、クライアント意思決定者と長期的なパートナーシップを構築していきます。
特定の分析手法や調査ソリューションに関するエキスパートとして、キャリアアップしていくことも可能です。

Qualifications

必須条件

四年生大学卒以上
マーケティングリサーチ業務への関心と成長意欲がある
民間企業での勤務経験(法人折衝経験や、マーケティングに関する業務経験があれば尚可)
業務などでなんらかのデータを用いて分析をした経験

PCスキル:
Excel(基本的な関数やグラフ作成)の操作、PowerPointの作成が可能

日本語 ネイティブレベル、 英語 業務に必要な基本的な読み書きが可能(目安 TOEIC 750~)
あれば望ましいスキル・経験

データ集計ソフトやSPSS等のデータ解析ツールの使用経験
海外留学経験 / 英語を使った業務経験
