What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret data
  : Transform sales and consumer data into meaningful insights that inform client decisions
• Create compelling reports and presentations
  : Build narratives that highlight category trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Visualize data effectively
  : Summarize findings using tables, charts, and graphs
• Ensure data accuracy
  : Review datasets for errors and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with clients
  : Engage in discussions on analysis design and explore business opportunities with client stakeholders
• Drive efficiency
  : Manage projects independently, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Inspire and support peers
  : Contribute to team objectives and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Strong analytical and business acumen, with an understanding of growth and brand strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell stories through data
• Comfortable working independently in a digitally enabled environment
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; retail or POS data experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of statistics is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
