部署紹介
CBREリサーチ部門は、独自に収集したデータに基づき、事業用不動産市場の市況分析と予測を行い、社内外に情報発信しています。また、市場動向の変化をいち早く捉え、時流に合ったトピックスに関する不定期レポートも発刊しています。発刊物に加え、セミナー、顧客向け個別プレゼンテーション、メディアへの寄稿などを通じて、CBREのブランド力向上に貢献するとともに、社内の多様なビジネスを支援しています。
