チームについて
RenesasのGlobal AI, Data & Analytics部門は、生成AIや大規模言語モデル(LLM)などの最先端AI技術を活用し、全社的な生産性向上を目指しています。ビジネスパートナーと密接に連携し、グローバル規模で価値を創出するAIソリューションを提供しています。技術に情熱を持ち、グローバルなAIチームの一員として、共に成長し、新たな挑戦を楽しめる方のご応募をお待ちしております。
職務内容
- 会社の目標とリスク管理に沿ったAI戦略を策定・維持する。
- 法務・セキュリティチームと連携し、責任あるAI、セキュリティ、コンプライアンスなどのAIポリシーを作成・更新する。
- 社内のAIプロジェクトを管理(案件受付、優先順位付け、価値の追跡)。
- 経営層向けの会議資料の準備、意思決定支援、フォローアップを行う。
- AI業界の動向を追跡し、要点をまとめ、戦略的な提案を行う。
- 必要に応じて外部ベンダーを管理(契約、パフォーマンス評価など)。
- 社内からのAI戦略、ポリシー、ベストプラクティスに関する問い合わせに対応する。
資格
必須要件
- 戦略立案、AIガバナンス、ITポリシー策定、プロジェクト管理などの業務経験(8年以上)
- 戦略立案、企業企画、またはコンサルティングまたは企業企画部門など類似の職務経験(約3年以上)
- ITガバナンスおよびポリシー策定に関する深い理解
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と資料作成スキル
- 高いプロジェクト管理能力
- 技術導入における社内展開戦略の知識
- 言語:ネイティブレベルの日本語 / ビジネスレベルの英語
歓迎要件
- コンサルティングファームまたは企業企画部門での経験
- AIの概念(特に生成AIやLLM)に関する深い知識(実装経験は不要)
- 多文化チームでの業務経験
- ベンダー管理および契約交渉の経験

当社では、ハイブリッド勤務モデルを採用しており、従業員は週に2日間リモートワークを行うことができます。同時に、残りの日はチームとしてオフィスに集まり、協働を強化しています。出社指定日は火曜日から木曜日で、イノベーション、コラボレーション、そして継続的な学習に取り組む日としています。
