■Recruitment Background

The company is focused on leveraging data to deliver even greater value to users and solve their challenges. With the goals of "accelerating business growth through data utilization" and "becoming the number one data organization in the SaaS and Fintech industries," the company newly established the AI Promotion Office in 2024.

The AI Promotion Office places a high priority on improving internal operations and developing tools to support business growth. This initiative has gained traction and is now expanding, so they are looking for new team members to join them in this challenge.

■Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for proposing, verifying, and developing AI-powered solutions to improve the company's internal operational efficiency. You will also manage these projects. Specifically, a significant improvement in operational efficiency is expected for common internal tasks in departments like corporate planning, HR/labor management, and accounting, through the implementation of AI agents.

However, with AI agent development limited to only a few development teams, it's difficult to respond quickly and flexibly to on-the-ground needs. The goal, therefore, is to improve overall internal efficiency by providing an environment where employees can easily implement and utilize AI agents.

You will work with internal users to define challenges and then handle everything from exploring and implementing AI solutions to their ongoing operation.

【 Requirements】

■Required

・Experience in developing solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents.

This includes skills in prompt engineering, building Generative AI chatbots, and experience with technologies like RAG, AI agents, and MCP.

The company is actively working on improving operational efficiency with AI, with plans to integrate AI agents into all products in the future.

・Experience and understanding of software development.

・Experience leading or managing small projects.

・Experience using cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

・In addition to the above, you must have one of the following:

・Practical experience with AI/Machine Learning applications, from defining challenges and selecting an AI solution to developing a model and applying it to a service.

・Foundational knowledge of mathematics and statistics, with experience in data analysis and visualization using Python or other tools.

・Experience analyzing and making proposals with a deep understanding of a business or industry.

■Preferred

・Deep understanding and experience in corporate back-office operations such as accounting, finance, and human resources

・Deep understanding of team-based software development

・Practical experience with MLOps

■Language Skills

・Japanese: Business level. You must be fluent and able to communicate with clients in Japanese.

・English: A TOEIC score of 700 or higher, with the ability to handle meetings and written communication in English from the start.

*If you have qualifications or experience that demonstrate English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher—such as Eiken Grade Pre-1, Eiken Grade 2 (with a CSE score of 1950 or higher), TOEFL iBT 60+, IELTS 5.0+, or Cambridge English Certificate FCE—please let us know. For those who do not have an equivalent certification, you will be asked to take a company-designated test as part of the selection process (typically after the first interview).
