Acquisitions & Investment Roles
- We are partnering with leading private equity, institutional, and global investment managers to source top talent for acquisitions roles at all levels—from Analyst/Associate to Director/MD. These positions offer end-to-end deal exposure, from sourcing and underwriting to execution and post-acquisition value creation. Sectors include logistics, data centers, residential, hospitality, and multi-asset platforms. Candidates with strong financial modeling, market analysis, and negotiation skills, as well as bilingual (Japanese/English) ability, are highly sought after.
Asset & Portfolio Management
- Our clients are seeking asset managers and portfolio managers to oversee diversified portfolios, including logistics, residential, hospitality, and office assets. These roles involve driving business plans, optimizing performance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in asset management, property operations, and financial reporting is essential.
Development & Project Management
- We are recruiting for project managers and development professionals to lead large-scale logistics, data center, and hospitality projects. These roles require hands-on experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget results.
Finance & Controllers
- Controller role at global Real Estate platform = Working closely with finance and asset management teams in Japan to support daily operations related to asset and SPV financial processes. Japanese fluency required. English a plus.
- Finance manager role at growing Real Estate platform = Responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making. Japanese fluency required. English a plus.
Fund Management
- Associate to VP level fund manager professionals to lead day-to-day operations for private and open-end real estate funds, develop portfolio strategies, and manage investor communications (Japanese/English).
The Real Estate hiring market last year and this year in Japan continues to be the most active we have seen in the last 10 years due to new companies launching/entering in japan and existing platforms expanding.

開発・プロジェクトマネジメント職
・大規模な物流施設、データセンター、ホテルなどの開発プロジェクトをリードできるプロジェクトマネージャーや開発担当者を募集しています。企画・計画から実行、関係者との調整まで幅広く関わり、品質・納期・コストを重視したプロジェクト遂行が求められます。
ファイナンス/コントローラー職
・グローバル不動産プラットフォームでのコントローラー職:日本のファイナンスおよびアセットマネジメントチームと連携し、SPVや資産関連の財務業務全般を担当。日本語力必須、英語力尚可。
・成長中の不動産プラットフォームでのファイナンスマネージャー職:日常の財務業務の統括、コンプライアンス対応、予算策定・フォーキャスト、経営判断のサポートを担います。日本語力必須、英語力尚可。
ファンドマネジメント職
・プライベートファンドおよびオープンエンドファンドにおけるアソシエイト~VPクラスの募集。日々のファンド運営、ポートフォリオ戦略の策定、投資家コミュニケーション(日英)などを担当します。
