業務拡大に伴い、事業用不動産の仲介業務におけるクロージング担当者を募集しています。

【業務内容】

・事業用不動産売買の仲介における契約決済業務

‐ 重要事項説明書の作成等、宅地建物取引業者として不動産売買仲介に必要な書類の作成

・不動産信託受益権売買の媒介等における契約決済業務

- 物件概要書の作成等、第二種金融商品取引業者として不動産信託受益権売買の媒介に必要な書類の作成

・法定帳簿等の管理保管業務など

・フレックスタイム制

・ミドルバックの業務を通じて、専門知識と経験を積み上げていただいた後、希望により不動産媒介営業のフロント業務へ進むことも可能です。

  • フレックス勤務制: コアタイム有

  • 休日: 週休2日制(土・日)、祝日、年末年始

【給与】

想定基本年収:4,500,000~5,000,000

*上記はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じてご経験・能力及び業務内容を考慮し決定します

残業代: 有り 固定残業代を基本年収に含む(月30時間相当額)*非管理職の場合

賞与:有り(コミッション制)

試用期間:有

  • 事業用不動産の売買仲介業務に関する経験 1年以上

  • PCスキル(Word Excel PowerPoint)-中級以上

  • 宅地建物取引士
