【ポジション概要】
マニュライフ生命保険(株)の購買部門において、間接材(Indirect Procurement)領域を担う購買担当者として、Regional Procurementチームや社内関係部署と連携し、価格・納期・品質のバランスが取れた戦略的かつ競争力のある購買活動を推進していただきます。 本ポジションは、将来的な管理職候補として、調達戦略の立案から実行、ベンダーマネジメント、業務プロセスの最適化まで、幅広い領域でリーダーシップを発揮していただくことを期待しています。
【主な業務内容】
間接材領域における新規契約および契約更新時の購買活動(Regional Procurementとの連携、RFxの実施、契約交渉など)
購買依頼部署の要求仕様に基づく最適ベンダーの選定およびコスト最適化の実現
社内の上級管理職および外部ベンダーとの折衝・関係構築
商業的観点からのアドバイザリー提供および意思決定支援
クロスファンクショナル・クロスリージョナルなチームとの協働によるプロジェクト推進
契約案件のパイプライン管理およびレポーティング業務
ベンダーマネジメントプログラムの構築・推進とパフォーマンス評価
担当カテゴリにおける効率化・ガバナンス施策の企画・実行
購買部門のKPI達成に向けた戦略的取り組み
購買システム導入プロジェクトへの参画および業務への定着支援
必要に応じた事業継続計画(BCP)およびオペレーショナルリスク管理の支援
プロキュアメント機能の継続的な改善・高度化への貢献
