主な職務内容:
日常経理業務・帳簿管理:
売上・仕入・経費の仕訳入力および承認プロセスの管理
売掛金・買掛金の残高管理、回収・支払業務の統括
月次試算表の作成および各部門への業績報告
銀行預金・現金出納の管理および残高照合
決算業務・財務報告:
月次・四半期・年次決算業務の統括管理
連結決算における子会社数値の取りまとめ
経営陣やステークホルダー向けの決算説明資料作成
監査法人対応および監査調書の作成・整備
税務・コンプライアンス業務:
法人税・消費税等の申告書作成および税務調査対応
複数地域における税務規制、会計基準の遵守徹底
税理士・会計士との連携による適正な税務処理の確保
各種法定書類の作成・提出管理
固定資産・原価管理:
固定資産の取得・除却処理および減価償却計算
原価計算制度の構築・運用による適正な製品原価の算定
棚卸資産の管理および評価損の検討
各種引当金の計上および妥当性検証
経理制度・内部統制:
経理規程・マニュアルの整備および運用管理
SAPを活用した経理業務フローの最適化・自動化推進
内部統制システムの構築・評価による経理プロセスの信頼性向上
経理業務の標準化による効率性とガバナンスの両立
地域間連携・チーム管理:
台湾・香港・シンガポール・タイの経理チームとの連携による統一的な会計処理の確保
各拠点の会計基準統一化および経理業務品質の向上支援
経理スタッフの指導・育成および業務分担の最適化
応募資格・要件:
会計学、経営学または関連分野の学士号(公認会計士、税理士、簿記1級資格保持者は歓迎)
経理実務経験7年以上(うち決算業務経験5年以上必須)
SAP ERPでの経理業務実務経験必須
IFRSやJ-GAAPなどの財務報告基準および各国税務規制に関する実務知識
連結決算、原価計算、税務申告の実務経験
Excel高度活用スキル(マクロ・VBA使用経験者優遇)
英語:
経理・税務に関する専門文書の読解および基本的なコミュニケーション能力
高い正確性と責任感を持ち、期限管理を徹底できる能力
チームマネジメント経験および後進指導能力

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of accounting, from daily bookkeeping to financial closing, while ensuring compliance and proper accounting treatment across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented yet able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can collaborate effectively with finance teams in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand.
Proficiency in SAP and a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial closing processes are essential for success in this role.
ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business strategies.
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and key drivers to provide actionable insights.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget adherence.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies across multiple regions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity risks.
- Optimize financial processes to enhance cash flow efficiency.
Process Improvement & Internal Controls:
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to strengthen financial governance.
- Identify areas for process improvements and automation initiatives, particularly within SAP ERP.
Regional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with finance teams across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Thailand to ensure alignment on financial reporting and compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support cross border operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, Licensed Tax Accountant, or Level 1 Bookkeeping Certification holders are preferred)
Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years of financial closing experience (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with accounting operations using SAP ERP (mandatory)
Practical knowledge of financial reporting standards such as IFRS and J-GAAP, as well as tax regulations in multiple jurisdictions
Experience in consolidated financial statements, cost accounting, and tax filings
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Macros and VBA is an advantage
English proficiency:
ability to read and understand specialized accounting/tax documents and engage in basic business communication
Strong accuracy, accountability, and ability to meet strict deadlines
Team management experience and capability in mentoring junior staff
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in audit work at an audit firm or in managing audit processes at a business company
Experience in preparing disclosure documents for listed companies (e.g., securities reports)
Knowledge of accounting treatment for cross-border transactions and transfer pricing regulations
Experience in participating in ERP system implementation projects
Experience in building and improving cost accounting systems
