【Job Summary/職務概要】

チューリッヒ保険会社の経理部アシスタントマネージャーとして、日本会計基準及び国際財務報告基準に基づく決算対応をしていただきます。


As an Assistant Manager at Zurich Insurance Company, you will be responsible for financial closing tasks based on J-GAAP and IFRS.

【Key Tasks & Accountabilities/職務内容】

・日本会計基準に基づく決算対応

・国際財務報告基準に基づく決算対応

・金融庁報告、外国損害保険協会への報告

・外部監査対応

・社内会議体(経理委員会、統合リスク管理委員会)向け報告資料の作成

・Financial closing based on J-GAAP

・Financial closing based on IFRS

・Reporting to the FSA and the Foreign Non-Life Insurance Association (FNLIA)

・Liaison with audit firms

・Preparation of reporting materials for committees (J-GAAP Committee and Enterprise Risk Management Committee)

【Qualifications・Experiences/必要知識・経験等】

■必須要件

・金融機関、または事業会社等において3年以上の決算実務経験、あるいは監査法人において3年以上の監査経験

・日商簿記検定2級相当以上の知識・スキル

■歓迎要件

・保険業界での決算経験

・公認会計士・税理士資格(科目合格含む)

■Required Qualifications

・At least 3 years' accounting experience at a financial institution or a business company, or audit experience at an audit firm

・Accounting knowledge and skills equivalent to Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd grade

■Preferred Qualifications

・Accounting experience in the insurance industry

・Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Tax Accountant (including partial qualification)

東京本社オフィス(東京都中野区東中野 または在宅勤務のハイブリッド勤務

・雇用形態:
正社員

・勤務時間:
フレックスタイム制;始業および終業の時刻は社員の決定に委ねる(標準となる1日の労働時間:7時間)

フレキシブルタイム6時00分から22時00分、コアタイム なし、1日における最低勤務時間 4時間

休憩時間60分(1日の実労働時間が4時間を超える場合)
