IPO準備を進める当社にて、財務・経理領域をリードするマネージャー候補としてご活躍いただきます。
日常の経理業務から決算、内部統制、IPO対応まで幅広く担当いただき、将来的には財務経理責任者・CFO候補としてのキャリアも描けます。
主な業務内容
月次・四半期・年次決算業務
財務諸表作成(BS/PL/CF)
仕訳・伝票処理、固定資産管理
会計方針・業務フローの整備・改善
予算策定、予実管理、財務分析
内部統制(J-SOX)の構築・運用
IPO準備業務(監査法人・証券会社対応)
税務対応(税理士との連携)
経営陣へのレポーティング
経理メンバーのマネジメント(将来的に)

日本国内での財務・経理実務経験(目安5年以上)
月次・年次決算を主担当として完結できる方
日本の会計基準・税務知識
日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル

Role Overview
This role will lead Mediabound's finance and accounting functions while supporting IPO readiness.
You will oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and work closely with executive leadership.
This position offers a clear growth path toward Head of Finance or CFO-level responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
Preparation of financial statements (BS / PL / CF)
Journal entries, bookkeeping, and fixed asset management
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Accounting policy and process improvements
Internal control (J-SOX) design and operation
IPO preparation and coordination with auditors and securities firms
Tax-related coordination with external advisors
Financial reporting to management
Team development and management
Required Qualifications
5+ years of finance/accounting experience in Japan
Ability to independently manage monthly and annual closings
Strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations
Professional-level Japanese and English
Experience with IPO preparation or publicly listed companies
Preferred Qualifications
Startup or high-growth company experience
CPA / USCPA or equivalent certifications
Management accounting or corporate planning experience
Experience working in global organizations
