AIデータセンターにおけるインフラエンジニアは、生成AIや大規模言語モデル(LLM)などの高度なAI処理を支える基盤の設計・構築・運用を担います。高性能GPUサーバー、冷却・電力設備、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、クラウド連携など、AI特化型インフラの最適化が求められます。

We, Astemo Cypremos, Ltd., are a startup established in November 2024 to support global automakers' SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) initiatives and the evolution of next-generation mobility. As a rapidly growing technology company providing cloud-based digital development environments (e.g., digital twins), we have multiple development projects running concurrently.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer who can not only build the infrastructure used by the teams and services within our "Solution & Service Dept" that supports business scalability but also lead in ways that fuel our growth. We welcome individuals who enjoy new challenges and change and possess a high affinity for infrastructure technology.

Infrastructure engineers at AI data centers are responsible for designing, building, and operating the foundational systems that support advanced AI processing, such as generative AI and large language models (LLMs). They must optimize AI-specific infrastructure, including high-performance GPU servers, cooling and power systems, networking, security, and cloud integration.

Required Skills And Experience

• Experience in the design, construction, and operation of data center infrastructure
• Knowledge of GPU servers (such as NVIDIA H100/H200) and hardware for AI applications
• Familiarity with networking technologies (InfiniBand, RDMA, L2/L3 configurations)
• Experience integrating with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience building environments for AI model training (ML Ops, environments for LLMs)
• Knowledge of cooling and power design for data centers
• Experience obtaining certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC2
• Familiarity with AI development support environments, such as NVIDIA Omniverse and Siemens PAVE360
• Operational experience in Linux environments and scripting skills with Shell/Python
• Experience with configuration management using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience in security design and audit response

・セキュリティ対策(VSOC、ゼロトラスト、アクセス制御)の設計・運用

・データセンターのBCP(事業継続計画)対応と災害対策

・自動化・IaC(Infrastructure as Code)による構成管理と運用効率化

・AIモデルの学習・推論に必要なリソースの最適化と監視

• Design, implementation, and operation of AI-specific hardware (GPU servers, InfiniBand, NVMe storage, etc.)
• Design and management of cooling and power supply systems for high-density and high-load environments
• Design and operation of network configurations optimized for AI workloads (low latency, high bandwidth)
• Implementation of hybrid architectures through cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Design and operation of security measures (VSOC, zero trust, access control)
• Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster recovery measures for data centers
• Configuration management and operational efficiency through automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Optimization and monitoring of resources required for AI model training and inference
