[募集概要]
エンタープライズ担当部門において、エンタープライズアカウントを担当する Solutions Engineer を募集します。
技術とセールスの両面の強みを活かし、社内外でのプレゼンスを発揮しつつ、グローバルに連携して多様なプロジェクトを推進するポジションです。具体的には、エンタープライズ向けのネットワーク(LAN/WAN)、セキュリティをはじめ、データセンターやオブザーバビリティなど、シスコが持つ幅広い製品・サービスを活用し、お客様の課題解決およびビジネス拡大に貢献するためのプリセールス活動を行います。
プリセールス活動においては、営業部門と協力しながら、サービス部門・技術サポート部門・本社開発部門との国内外での協業を推進し、幅広い製品ポートフォリオをクロスアーキテクチャーで組み合わせ、お客様の中長期のTo be像を技術面から支援し、ビジネスへ貢献します。
[職務内容]
Solutions Engineer として担当するお客様と信頼関係を構築し、社内のアーキテクチャチームや本社開発部門と協業して、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスを活用しながらお客様の課題を解決するための技術的な営業活動を行います。
- お客様の課題や技術要件の整理
- 最適なシスコソリューションの検討と提案活動
- To be像に向けたコンサルティング
- 提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実施
- 実機デモや検証作業(PoC)の実施と報告
- 技術的な問い合わせ対応
- 商談に関して国内他部門や海外開発部門等との協業
- 競合他社との差別化提案
- 製品導入後の、CXと連携した運用フォロー
[必要な経験とスキル]
- 新しいことへのチャレンジ精神
- 高いコミュニケーション能力、コラボレーション能力を有する方
- 責任感・積極性を持ってお客様のためにプロアクティブな活動ができる方
- ITインフラ、セキュリティのエンジニアとして3年以上の業務経験
- シスコ製品・ソリューションに関する幅広い知識と経験
- 効率的に業務を行い、商談チームを技術面でリードできる方
- 英語(読み書き、聞く・話す)によるコミュニケーションができる方
- 他のメンバーに対して共有をし、チームや組織の底上げに貢献できる方
