シーメンス・ワールドワイド・ファウンドリーチームでは、Calibre RET/OPCソリューションの普及・展開を支援する、アプリケーションエンジニアコンサルタントを募集しています。
テクニカルディレクターに報告し、クロスファンクショナルチームの一員として、顧客や社内関係者と密に関わり、再現性のある技術的成功を達成するためのサポートを行います。
担当業務には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されるものではありません:
- Calibre RET/OPC技術を実践的な技術的専門知識で推進する。
- Calibre RET/OPCツールの評価、競合ベンチマーキング、トラブルシューティング、技術的障害の解決をオンサイトでサポートする。
- 顧客との技術的関係のネットワークを構築し、顧客との関係構築と長期的な満足度向上のための技術サービスを推進する。
- 顧客の技術的要件と課題を特定し、優先順位を付け、テストケースと使用シナリオを通じ、Calibreのソリューションと製品ロードマップにつなげる。
- 顧客要件を満たすために、製品の機能や機能強化を含むCalibreソリューションのテストと特性評価を行い、機能強化や次世代製品への道筋を見出すために、 製品開発チームへの提案とともに見識を提供する。
- 顧客や利害関係者とコミュニケーションをとり、ダイナミックに変化する顧客の環境に応じて、優先順位を柔軟に設定、調整、管理する。
- 製品や機能のアップデートに関するデモンストレーション、トレーニング、プレゼンテーションを顧客やフィールドエンジニアに行う。
■応募資格(必須要件)
- 半導体業界での経験があり、IC製造プロセスを深く理解していること。
- 主要EDAツールによるPost Tape Outフローの実務経験が必要です。Calibre DRC、RET、OPCまたはリソグラフィ・ソリューションの経験があれば尚可。
- 新しい技術を学び、探求する能力が高く、優れた分析能力と問題解決能力を発揮できる。
- ツールやフローの展開を成功させるために必要なスクリプト、ライブラリ、その他の機能を特徴付け、実装できる。
- スクリプト言語(Tcl/Tk、Pythonまたは同等)が必要。C/C++プログラミングができれば尚可。
- UNIX/Linux環境に精通していること。
- 速いペースのチーム環境において効果的に業務を遂行し、高品質かつ期限内にプロジェクトを納品した実績があること。

■待遇
・基本給年額 768万円~1,840万円程度(月額給与は12分の1)(支払い日:毎月25日)
・基本給年額以外にターゲットインセンティブあり(当月分を翌月計算、翌々月支払い)
・深夜勤務手当
・賞与は(雇用契約書)に準ずる
・退職金:企業型確定拠出年金
