In this position, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment products used by millions of customers. You'll leverage data-driven insights to shape the future of payments, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
■Responsibilities
・Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for payment products.
・Drive data-driven decision-making using customer behavior, market trends, and business metrics.
・Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver results at scale.
・Identify and launch new payment solutions.
・Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, reliable payment solutions.
・Mentor a team of product and program managers.
・Present to senior leadership and influence product strategy.
■Requirements
・6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
・6+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
・Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
・Experience with end-to-end product delivery
・Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
・Business-level English communication skills
