Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain dashboards and reports in CRM (ZOHO) to track sales operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce and review accurate and actionable sales reports for sales reps, GEO sales leaders, and the executive team.
- Sales Events/exhibitions support.
- Support Sales Operations of the sales team, including quote, invoice, expense management.
- Partner with Global Sales and Finance to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
- Lead sales activities in existing Tier 1 accounts, responsible for quote, negotiation, invoice, and contract.
- Carry out sales quotes of €0.5M-€1M per year.
Performance Metrics:
- Sales Revenue performance.
- NPS performance.
Requirements:
Professional Background:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Experience in the Automotive industry is beneficial.
Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of finance processes and commercial risk.
- Able to understand strategic direction and goals of the Global Sales Leadership and facilitate business objectives.
- Well-developed problem-solving capabilities and efficient process crafting.
- Results-driven mentality with a sense of urgency and issue resolution focus.
- Initiative and relationship-building skills with people in an open, friendly manner.
- Excel skills.
- Adaptability to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Professional English and Japanese communication skills.
- Familiarity with Market, Competitors, and customers.
- Awareness of company licenses, certifications, and adherence to laws.
