System Engineer for Aviation Domain

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer with expertise in aviation system development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Communicating directly with airline customers to promote basic and detailed design work.
• Translating specifications into actionable plans for the implementation team, comprising engineers on the Vietnam offshore side.
• Managing project promotion and coordination with offshore developers.
• Reviewing deliverables prior to client release and providing operational support post-release to foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with airline clients to identify design requirements and develop solutions.
• Liaise with the project team to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
• Lead project management efforts, leveraging experience in offshore development and training/mentoring junior staff.
• Design and implement IT architectures that meet aviation industry standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in aviation system development is essential.
• A strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Japanese language proficiency is mandatory, while English proficiency is not required.
• No specific educational background is required.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
