HMI IVI Development Project Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HMI IVI Development Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive project execution, and optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HMI IVI development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of products.
• Collaborate with design, product management, and other teams to align with product vision and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated on the latest Android development trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HMI IVI system development and project management.
• Strong understanding of automotive software development processes and tools.
• Experience managing projects with Java programming language.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with DOORS, Confluence, and JIRA is preferred.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (N2 or above).
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse and international environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
