Job Title: HMI IVI Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HMI IVI Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HMI IVI system development and project management, with a strong understanding of automotive software development processes and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, drive project execution, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, etc.) to deliver outstanding products, participate in code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize industry-standard tools like DOORS, Confluence, and JIRA for project management and documentation, stay updated on the latest Android development trends and technologies, and possess experience with Android SDK and testing frameworks.
  • Language and Culture: Proficiency in Japanese language (N2 or above), cultural sensitivity, and adaptability to work in a diverse and international environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HMI IVI system development and project management.
  • Strong understanding of automotive software development processes and tools.
  • Experience managing projects with Java programming language.
  • Experience with Android SDK and testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Preferred experience with DOORS, Confluence, and JIRA.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (N2 or above).
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a diverse and international environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
