Support global Workday HR platform, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration across HR operations worldwide. Key responsibilities:
* Provide AMS support for Workday HR system, addressing issues and performing system maintenance
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets regional needs
Enhance and customize Workday modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Compensation
Troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with IT and HR teams globally
Collaborate with Japan HQ, aligning system functionality and processes with corporate HR standards
Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users, creating detailed system documentation
Lead or participate in Workday-related projects, monitoring system performance and initiating continuous improvement measures
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in Workday HR systems, with a focus on AMS support or HRIS administration
* Proficiency in Workday Core HR and Integration, with experience in additional modules
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with strong communication skills
* Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred
Preferred Skills:
* Workday certification in HCM core or integration
* Familiarity with Japanese HR practices and regulations
* Experience in project management or business analysis in HR technology projects
