Department Overview
Rakuten Group HR is working on human resource reforms to strengthen the organizational strength of the Rakuten Group.
In order to solve various management issues that arise in the midst of diversification and expansion of human resources and businesses, you will be working in the Group HR which is in charge of the planning and introduction of the working environment, systems and frameworks, and overall labor management.

Why We Hire
In this position, we are especially looking for someone who can promote the operational practices of the evaluation system, as well as the upstream planning of system revisions and systemization through various projects.
The ideal candidate is a person who can think independently from the initial phase such as discovery, and lead the planning, implementation, and operation of systems and frameworks in order to solve problems and realize the mission.
Position Details
We would like you to lead the business as a leader, not as one person in charge.
You will experience a series of tasks from analyzing the current situation and identifying issues to planning solutions, implementation, and operation.
Operation and improvement of semi-annual MBO (Objective Management System)
Formulation of implementation plan, explanation to business personnel, public awareness of company, response to inquiries
Operation and improvement of HR system
Operation and improvement of semi-annual competency evaluation and performance evaluation
Explanation to business personnel, implementation of evaluation guidance, operation of evaluation tools
Compilation and analysis of evaluation results, management and reporting to management
Implementation and operation of evaluation meetings with business managers
Coordinate negotiations with group companies and overseas personnel
*You will be required to participate in PJTs within your team, as well as PJTs conducted beyond your team.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience in the design and operation of evaluation systems in medium to large scale companies
Communication skills to think logically, organize, and negotiate effectively with a large number of stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in consulting firms
