Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at Rakuten Group. As a key member of the Group Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for solving various human resource and organizational management issues that arise as our global business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather information for global guidelines and policy design
Analyze and plan compensation systems
Evaluate and revise executive compensation
Manage personnel costs in collaboration with accounting and taxation
Operate and manage stock option systems
Oversee employee stock ownership programs
Manage outsourcing relationships and confirm results
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations at a business company or consulting firm
Excellent logical communication, internal coordination, negotiation, problem-setting, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in payroll calculation (not necessary)
Candidates from consulting firms are welcome
Compensation and Benefits:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year
The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and may vary depending on location and individual qualifications
