We're looking for a strategic HR Director to provide HR consultation to global and/or regional BU leadership teams, drive business unit specific HR programs and strategies, and manage, mentor and develop HR Partners and HR Associates. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, employee relations, workforce planning & organizational development, recruitment & retention, succession planning, compensation & benefits, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, strong business acumen, and 2-3 years management experience. They will be a trusted HR advisor, able to coach Group Vice President Leadership and their direct reports on leadership effectiveness and performance, and have a proven ability to develop HR staff and lead teams in a matrix environment.
