Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition Department (GTAD) Recruiter
The Rakuten Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition Department (GTAD).
About the Role:
This role will be part of the Planning Group within the Recruiting Planning Section, responsible for recruiting top talent for the entire Rakuten Group.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct source analysis and promotion
- Referral program internal promotion work and operation management
- Recruitment site and SNS planning and operation management (interview contents etc.)
- Planning and production of recruitment and public relations productions and outsourced contract management etc.
- KPI numerical design, measurement of effectiveness using numerical values and planning proposals based on the results

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting and human resources in a business company or experience in corporate operations such as corporate public relations.
- Experience in planning, producing, and executing promotional events.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-4+people management experience.

Language: English (Intermediate), Japanese (Fluent)
Salary: Estimated salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 per annum
