Our division is responsible for human resources (recruitment, training, evaluation, labor relations, HRBP) specific to mobile business organizations. We collaborate with Rakuten Group's head office to provide a one-stop solution for HR issues, planning, policies, operations, and workplace communication.
We organize our work by area, including recruitment, training, evaluation, labor relations, and HRBP. We foster cross-organizational cooperation, study sessions, and meetings to promote mutual understanding.
We strive for Operational Excellence (OPE) and aim to achieve greater efficiency and higher added value in our operations. Our organization has a positive attitude and high motivation to learn, providing an environment where members can learn and be stimulated by each other's expertise.

Position Details
Department HR (to be determined) + HRBP for Rakuten Mobile, Inc., Rakuten Symphony, Inc., and Rakuten Total Solutions, Inc. Responsibilities include:

- Labor Planning/Management
- Compensation Policy Development/Management
- Workforce Planning, Budget Planning and Management
- Possible future management role in overall human resources
Work Environment
We have a team of about 50 full-time employees, including new graduates and mid-career professionals with experience in human resources in the telecommunications industry.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience in HR (5 years or more) at a business or consulting firm, and experience in people management of 5 or more people.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in multiple areas of HR at a business firm (5 years or more), HRBP, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Talent Development, etc. Experience in HR in a company with more than 1,000 employees, and experience using English for business purposes.
