Marketing Division is one of the group head quarter organizations which leads group-wide brand, creatives, marketing, and membership.
Department Overview
Organizational Strategy Office plans overall organizational strategy of Marketing Division and build and execute its strategy in terms of HR, General Affairs and Compliance. As personnel and organization areas, we cover HR planning, recruiting, talent development, and organizational development. Our mission is to strengthen the people and organization in Marketing Division.

We are looking for staff who can contribute through human resource/talent development and work environment improvement in order to strengthen the organization and foster an organizational culture of the division.
Position Details
Building human resources/talent development plan, annual schedule, and each program.
Preparation and operation of programs according to the plan. (Program examples: New-comer training, New-graduate training, Existing employee training, Manager training, Organizational strengthening measures, Effect measurement, etc.)
Planning business efficiency promotion, quality improvement programs, project management and other supports.
In the future, you may also be in charge of related personnel area.

Organization Development Section (12psn)
Mandatory Qualifications:
More than 3 years of working experience.
Those who are interested in various measures for human resource development.
Those who can give explanations and presentations in front of people positively.
Business-level English proficiency: There are daily tasks that need English in face-to-face, email, telephone, etc.
Problem-solving skills: Skills in research, analysis, planning, presentation, etc.
Analyzing data with Excel and creating materials with PowerPoint etc.
Desired Qualifications:
More than 1 year of work experience in the human resources development department of a business company or a human resources / training consulting company.
*More welcome if you have practical experience in human resources development in the Web / IT industry.
Practical experience through English with foreigners at foreign-affiliated companies and overseas companies.
Knowledge of trends in agents or human resources development media.
Experience in proposals, negotiations, direction, and coordination with upper management, business partners, outsourced parties, and business partners.
Project management experience.
Knowledge / experience of Web production, Service management / Marketing.
Languages:
English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
