Staff position in the People & Culture Department, reporting to the Group Manager, with a full-time contract.

Group Mission and Background

The Culture & Experience Group was established in July 2024 as a new group within the People & Culture Division.

To achieve Shiseido's mission, "BEAUTY INNOVATION FOR THE BETTER WORLD," the group aims to create a work place culture, "Beauty Innovation Atelier," driven by passion, collaboration, and excellence.

The group will plan, execute, and manage various projects, initiatives, and events to foster a stronger organizational culture.

Department and Group Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to achieve the ideal work place culture, "Beauty Innovation Atelier," based on Shiseido Group's human resource strategy in Japan and globally.

• Manage related internal projects as a Project Management Office (PMO).

• Plan and execute internal and external events.

• Develop and execute employee branding strategies.

• Operate social media to enhance brand value through internal and external communication.

• Build a system foundation to facilitate smooth internal communication (e.g., intranet renewal and product development).

• Enhance engagement and maintain motivation within the People & Culture Department.

Expected Mission, Role, and Job Content

After joining, you will assist the Group Manager and lead the team to plan, execute, and manage projects and events related to organizational culture strengthening based on Shiseido Group's human resource strategy.

• Develop and implement action plans to achieve the ideal work place culture, "Beauty Innovation Atelier," based on Shiseido Group's human resource strategy in Japan and globally.

• Manage related internal projects as a Project Management Office (PMO).

• Plan and execute internal and external events.

• Develop and execute employee branding strategies.

• Operate social media to enhance brand value through internal and external communication.

• Build a system foundation to facilitate smooth internal communication (e.g., intranet renewal and product development).

• Enhance engagement and maintain motivation within the People & Culture Department.

Desired Skills

• Practical experience in building organizational culture.

• Experience in planning and operating large-scale events (internal and external).

• Experience in developing and executing employee branding strategies.

• Project management skills using various communication tools.

• High communication skills and leadership to promote teamwork.

• Native Japanese or English business level.
