The HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
The HR Business Partner will identify short-term and medium-term organizational needs and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
The HR Business Partner will champion objective and fair thinking and behavior among leaders.
The HR Business Partner will lead succession planning and talent development initiatives in Japan and support Senior HR Business Partners.
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner, coach, mentor, and advisor to the business, aligning with Straumann Group's strategy, purpose, culture, and principles.
The HR Business Partner will be a change agent for cultural transformation and play a leading role in the cultural journey.
The HR Business Partner will leverage People Manager capabilities to drive positive employee experiences.
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with JOIN (recruitment), GLOW (organization and talent development), Contribute (compensation and performance management), and HR Shared Services functions to ensure seamless operations and support.
The HR Business Partner will work with HQ, APAC, and domestic HR members to introduce and improve digital tools for HR processes, driving a more self-service organization.
Required Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, including market, customer, and product understanding.
The candidate should have data analysis skills and be familiar with HR systems.
The candidate will use data to tell stories and inform decision-making.
The candidate should have project management and promotion skills, including planning and executing impactful projects in Japan.
The candidate should hold a related bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience and possess at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
The candidate should be able to build effective relationships at all levels and serve as a trusted HR advisor.
The candidate should have experience working in a global matrix environment and adapting to changing situations.
The candidate should have coaching, leadership development, and succession planning expertise.
The candidate should be flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
The candidate should demonstrate high integrity and commitment to teamwork.
The candidate should exhibit strategic thinking and execution ability.
The candidate should be able to make timely decisions even in ambiguous situations.
Prior experience in the medical device industry is desirable.
The candidate should have native-level Japanese and business-level English language skills or higher.
