Talent Management Business Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Management Business Partner to support our HR business partnerships in specific deployment and domains.
Responsibilities include making hiring and treatment decisions, onboarding and placement, addressing problems and conducting exit interviews.
You will be the main point of contact for talent management, responsible for evaluating talents, conducting talent reviews and succession planning, change management, employee engagement strategies, and supporting DE&I projects.
In collaboration with the APAC Japan Talent Management Director, you will also provide high-weighted policy alignment with global and APAC strategies.
As we undergo cultural changes and organizational adjustments, this role will require broad and sometimes specialized problem-solving skills.
This is a strategic human resources position that crosses multiple disciplines, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and offers a clear path to management roles.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
