Job Description
Elevate the Employee Experience Model by ensuring employees' fundamental needs are met through query handling, data accuracy, and tool connectivity, as well as collaboration with other Employee Experience team members for a consistent approach. Stay connected with the cluster leader to implement systems/automation-based solutions for the organization.

Create a Superior Employee Experience by handling onboarding and offboarding processes, onsite services, visa applications, extensions, and documentation for international transfers, local benefits and policy actions, Employee Engagement Partner and Absence Partner in Workday, local administrative work, HR paperwork, and associate profiles.

HR Operational Excellence includes best-in-class service in HR administrative processes, operational excellence in data management, contracts, letters, and administration, holistic review of HR processes for streamlining, and proposing improvements for automation and consistency.

Health and Wellness Management involves coordinating annual health check-ups, stress assessments, and influenza vaccinations, scheduling onsite counseling and/or doctor consultation services, and managing time, absence, and overtime reports and data.

Government Report Preparation and Submission involves preparing and submitting various reports as required by local laws and authorities, including Employment Status Reports, Annual Reports on Employment of Elderly and Disabled Persons, Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance Reports, and Equal Employment Opportunity Reports.

Administration Support includes responding to local postal mail and the HR shared mailbox, setting up vendor codes, initiating invoice applications, and handling related financial activities, as well as assisting with other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the manager.

優れた従業員体験の提供
オンボーディングおよびオフボーディングのプロセスや現地サービスの管理。ビザの申請、延長、国際異動に伴う書類の手続き支援。ローカルベンダーや当局と連携し、福利厚生やポリシー関連のアクションを実行する。Workday内で従業員エンゲージメントパートナーおよび欠勤パートナーとしてビジネスプロセスをサポート。ローカルの事務作業を特定し、文書化する。HR関連の書類の処理と従業員プロフィールの管理。

HRオペレーショナルエクセレンス
HRの管理プロセスにおいてサービスを提供する。データ管理、ローカル契約書、文書、その他の管理業務において運用効率を維持する。HRプロセスを全体的に見直し、簡素化や無駄の削減、重複の排除を図る機会を見極める。自動化を促進し、HRおよびビジネス全体で一貫性を高めることを目指して、内部プロセスの改善を提案する。

健康およびウェルネスマネジメント
年次健康診断、ストレス評価、インフルエンザ予防接種を調整する。定期的な現地でのカウンセリングや医師相談サービスのスケジューリングを行う。勤怠や休暇、残業のレポートやデータを管理する。

政府報告書の作成および提出
雇用状況報告、高齢者・障がい者雇用の年次報告、労災保険報告、均等雇用機会報告など、現地法および当局の要件に基づく報告書の作成と提出。

管理サポート
現地の郵便およびHRの共有メールボックスからのリクエストに対応する。ベンダーコードの設定、請求申請の開始、および関連する財務活動を処理する。マネージャーから依頼されたその他の臨時プロジェクトをサポートする。

Qualifications
Requirement:
Fluent in Japanese and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and new technologies. Strong logical thinking and adaptability to change, able to execute among ambiguity. Experience in JAPAN HR operations is a plus.

要件:
日本語と英語に流暢であること。Microsoft Office Suiteや新しい技術に精通していること。論理的思考が強く、変化に適応できる柔軟性を持ち、不確実な状況でも実行できる能力があること。日本におけるHR業務の経験があれば尚可。
