Data Center Customer Operations Engineer
IT foundation work while learning is a job that can be done.
Over 80% of new hires have no IT experience but are active.
Career advancement is also possible at will.
Daily use of English is required, so those who want to improve their English skills, or those who already have English skills, can work smoothly.
Job Content
At the data center, you will be mainly involved in the following work:
- Customer requests-based data center work (transportation and installation of equipment, cabling, visual inspection, etc.)
- Network wiring work
- Customer data center entry response
- Document creation and other administrative work, etc.
Notice: This is not a job that uses information processing or software, but rather physical NW and infrastructure work.
Required Conditions
- Japanese communication skills for internal and external communication
- Japanese language proficiency test "JLPT" N1 or equivalent
- Business English usage experience
- At least 1 year of work experience
- For foreign nationals, those with a "technology, humanities knowledge, or international business" visa are eligible
Preferred Conditions
- Experience in operation work at a support center
- Those with sales or customer service experience who want to change to IT
- IT industry business experience (help desk, infrastructure operation, etc.)
- Those with IT Passport
- Data center experience
