Digital Marketing Manager, Japan
Results-driven B2B marketer with 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role, with a proven track record of planning and managing marketing efforts that have achieved pipeline and revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and insights to optimise campaigns and drive performance. Proficient in using digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and marketing automation software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively convey digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders. Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities, and a focus on delivering innovative digital marketing campaigns, staying ahead of industry trends. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion to directly contribute to rapid revenue growth. Ability to work effectively across a matrix organisation with stakeholders spanning multiple functions and geographies. Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders and strategic partners. Team player. Able to communicate in native-level Japanese and business-level English.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in alignment with Japan business objectives and target audience to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation, with an initial focus on Legal Content. Manage and optimise various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to search engine optimisation (SEO), paid search, programmatic, and social media marketing. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the broader marketing team, design team, and content creators, to develop and execute integrated and scalable digital marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, industry best practices, and new opportunities for digital marketing initiatives. Manage and optimise the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, search engine optimised, and aligned with the latest web design and usability standards. Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of engaging and relevant content across digital platforms to drive audience engagement and increase brand loyalty. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Track and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving a positive return on investment (ROI). Be accountable for marketing KPIs, ensuring the achievement of annual sales contribution and pipeline targets.
