Event Marketing Manager
Plan, execute, and manage Zoom-hosted events, 3rd party events, and Executive events. Collaborate with all levels and groups across the organization, while being hands-on in bringing every event to life.

What we're looking for
- Interest in AI, SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS industry, current market trends, and event best practices
- Experience and success working in a cross-functional organization, and with a global mindset
- Enjoy working in a high-growth company culture where change is a constant
- Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
- Understand Zoom, G-Suite, and Project management tools
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant event experience
- Interest in AI, SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS industry, and event marketing
- IT, Cloud, B2B, or SaaS company marketing experience
- Project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Self-motivated and able to lead innovative initiatives
- Collaborative and able to work independently
- Cross-functional organization experience and global mindset
- Understanding of Zoom, G-Suite, Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and Project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Japanese and English language skills
