About The Team
As a Seller Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in expanding Shopee's seller ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new sellers to our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Seller Management, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and sustainable seller growth.
Seller Acquisition Associateとして、Shopeeのセラーエコシステム拡大において重要な役割を担っていただきます。新規セラーの発掘・アプローチ・オンボーディングを通じてプラットフォームへの参画を推進します。Seller Management、Operations、Marketingなどのクロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、スムーズなオンボーディングと持続的なセラー成長を支援します。
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential sellers through outbound and inbound channels
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including platform introduction and basic training
- Assist sellers in understanding Shopee's logistics models and operational processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller onboarding experience
- Monitor onboarding progress and support early-stage seller performance

- プラットフォームの紹介や基本的なトレーニングを含む、セラーのオンボーディング全般のサポート
- Shopeeの物流モデルおよび運用プロセスの理解・案内サポート
- 社内関連チームと連携し、セラーのオンボーディング体験の改善を推進
- オンボーディング進捗の管理および初期段階におけるセラーパフォーマンスのサポート
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in any field
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- Business-level English or Japanese communication skills (written & verbal)
