As a Seller Acquisition Associate, you will play a key role in expanding Shopee's seller ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new sellers to our platform.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Seller Management, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth onboarding and sustainable seller growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential sellers through outbound and inbound channels
Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including platform introduction and basic training
Assist sellers in understanding Shopee's logistics models and operational processes
Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller onboarding experience
Monitor onboarding progress and support early-stage seller performance

オンボーディング進捗の管理および初期段階におけるセラーパフォーマンスのサポート
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in any field
Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
Business-level English or Japanese communication skills (written & verbal)
