One of Acer's affiliated companies in Saitama, Japan, is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager / Senior Manager. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the management team, leading and supporting people-management initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of high-quality candidates and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage the full payroll process, including budgeting, compensation administration, and annual salary planning.
- Administer performance management programs, salary review cycles, and other HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development.
- Develop and implement employee communication and engagement programs to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Maintain, update, and communicate company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Japanese labor regulations and corporate standards.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR matters, including employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Japanese labor laws, HR operations, and employment practices.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
