香港オンライン証券取扱高トップクラスを誇る金融プロバイダーであるFUTUグループは、香港では成人の約40%が利用するオンライン証券取引スマホプラットフォーム『FUTUBULL』を香港にて提供しており、その国際版として『moomoo』が誕生。

■業務内容
日本組織のスタートアップHRBPとして、組織構築を一番の優先事項とし、事業・組織戦略に基づいた人材戦略の推進を担っていただきます。
●ビジネス戦略に基づいて、採用戦略の策定と実行
●Employer Branding推進
●Employee Experienceを重視した入退社制度の設計、遂行
●福利厚生や働き方関連の就業規則の見直し
●Organization Cultureの醸成、浸透
●組織構築、人材開発と育成体制の設計、実行
●Performance Management及び労務関連業務
●HQへの状況共有、Global Officeとのコラボレーション
【必須(MUST)】
●企業内での中途採用経験2年以上
●日本語流暢レベル
●英語もしくは中国語ビジネスレベル

●IT・テックカンパニーでのご経験
●証券等金融会社でのご経験
●HRBP、人事担当者としてのご経験
