日本組織のHRBPとして、組織を一番の優先事項とし、事業・組織戦略に基づいた人材戦略の推進を担っていただきます。
- ビジネス戦略に基づいて、採用戦略の策定と実行
- Employer Branding推進
- Employee Experienceを重視した入退社制度の設計、遂行
- 福利厚生や働き方関連の就業規則の見直し
- Organization Cultureの醸成、浸透
- 組織構築、人材開発と育成体制の設計、実行
- Performance Management及び労務関連業務
- HQへの状況共有、Global Officeとのコラボレーション
Requirements
【必須(MUST)】
- 企業内でのHRBP経験2年以上
- 日本語流暢レベル
- 英語もしくは中国語ビジネスレベル
【歓迎(WANT)】
- IT・テックカンパニーでのご経験
- 証券等金融会社でのご経験
- HRBP、人事担当者としてのご経験
- 年間中途採用20名以上のご経験
- スタートアップ企業でのご経験
