We are seeking a talented individual to join our [Global Risk Management] team in Tokyo. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

  • 主に日系大手製造業者向けグローバル保険プログラムの構築、運営業務(主な保険種別:財物保険、賠償責任保険、海上貨物保険、役員賠償保険 等)
  • クライアントアドバイザー/案件担当からキャリアをスタートし、近い将来、クライアントエグゼクティブ/法人営業職にキャリアアップいただきます。

We will count on you to(主な業務内容):

  • 主に日系大手製造業者向けグローバル保険プログラムの構築、運営を行うクライアントアドバイリー業務(主な保険種別:財物保険、賠償責任保険、海上貨物保険、役員賠償保険 等)
  • クライアントのリスク実態に合った保険条件の策定やご案内
  • 保険プログラム構築に向け保険会社との各種交渉 
  • 保険プログラム運営のため、当社海外拠点とコミュニケーション などを業務とします

What You Need To Have(必要な経験・スキル):

  • 保険業界経験5年以上(企業営業経験歓迎)
  • 英語:ビジネスレベル(読み書き中心 ※会話はビジネスレベルでなくとも可)
  • 優れたチームワークとコミュニケーションスキル
