- Marsh AsiaにおけるEarly Career and Graduate Programの一員としてご入社され、日本およびAsia Region が主催するDevelopment Programにご参加いただきいただきます。
- 研修やイベント、社内ローテーションプログラムに参加し、社内の広いネットワークや人脈を構築しながら、プロフェッショナルとしての幅広い知識や経験を身に着けることができます。
What We Will Count On You To / 法人営業職の業務内容:
- 企業リスクや企業ニーズの把握・分析
- 企業リスクに対応する保険の設計
- 設計に基づいた保険契約手配のための保険会社との折衝
- 海外オフィスと連携してお客様へ最適なリスクソリューションとしての保険の提案
What you need to have / 応募条件:
- 新卒者の場合:2026年春までに国内海外の四年制大学、大学院を卒業・修了見込みの新卒者(学部・学科不問)
- 第二新卒者の場合:新卒入社後のフルタイム勤務経験2年以内
