About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Recruitment Manager
to lead hiring activities for both mid-career and new graduate positions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international hospitality environment while contributing to our ongoing talent acquisition strategy.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing recruitment for mid-career and new graduate hires.
- Background in the hotel industry, especially in hotel operations, is highly desirable.
- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges and projects.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
Compensation & Requirements
- Applicants must already possess a valid Technical Skills/Engineer visa (Gijutsu–Kokunai Jinzai) that allows employment in Japan.

Benefits
- Overtime allowance : Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
- Bonus : Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY, the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.
- Transportation fare : Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30,000.-).
- Merit Salary Increment : Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Company's discretion.
- Career development : Shangri-La Group is well known for its internal development program and with the upcoming opening of the Shangri-La in Kyoto, there is ample of opportunities in each field.
- Canteen : Daily meals once per duty in the company cafeteria and a beverage station available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
