In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract top-tier talent, and ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients.
You will be a key player in shaping the future of our IT recruitment operations and driving our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals specializing in IT.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs and achieve team goals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Foster strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and guidance.

3~5+ years previous recruitment experience in IT (leadership experience is highly desired)
Proven experience of working in agency recruitment (this is a must)
Strong organisational skills
Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
A professional, self-motivated attitude and a strong team player
Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Fluent in English; business-level Japanese is a plus
Must be based in Japan
