日本国内における IT 関連職種の採用業務全般(採用要件の整理、候補者サーチ、面接調整、オファー対応、入社支援まで)
ソフトウェアエンジニア、QAエンジニア、プロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャーなど、技術系および技術サポート職の採用
中国から日本への異動・赴任を含む、クロスボーダー採用プロジェクトのサポート
日本の IT 人材市場および事業ニーズに基づいた採用戦略の立案・実行
求人媒体、LinkedIn、エージェント、リファラル等の採用チャネル管理および最適化
採用マネージャーおよびHRBPと連携し、候補者体験の向上を推進
日本の労働法および社内規程を遵守した採用プロセスの運用
用工主体の整理、外国籍社員の在留資格・ビザ手続き等、採用に付随するコンプライアンス対応
採用進捗およびKPIの管理、定期的なレポーティング

応募資格
大卒以上(人事、経営、情報系専攻尚可)
IT業界での採用経験3年以上(日本国内採用経験者優遇)
日本のIT人材市場および技術職種への理解
社内外関係者と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力
ビジネスレベルの日本語力必須、中国語または英語ができる方歓迎
主体性・実行力があり、変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる方

Recruiter – Japan

Senior Director, Global HR

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT-related positions in Japan, including requirement intake, sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
Recruit for a wide range of roles such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, Project Managers, Product Managers, and other technical or technical-support positions
Support cross-border recruitment projects, including hiring and coordination for candidates relocating from China to Japan
Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business needs and the Japanese IT talent market
Manage and optimize recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, etc.) to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Ensure recruitment activities comply with Japanese labor laws and internal company policies
Support hiring-related compliance matters, including employment entity clarification and coordination of immigration processes for foreign employees
Track recruitment progress and key metrics, and provide regular hiring updates and reports

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above; major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields preferred
3+ years of IT recruitment experience; experience in the Japanese market is highly preferred
Solid understanding of IT roles and the technology talent landscape in Japan
Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-border teams
Business-level Japanese proficiency; Chinese or English proficiency is a strong plus
Strong execution capability, sense of ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multinational companies or cross-border recruitment (Japan–China preferred)
Familiarity with work visa and immigration processes in Japan
Experience supporting new business units or fast-growing teams
