Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs in Japan, primarily for IT & Technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and support roles across Japan
Utilize local job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks to attract talent
Understand role requirements and timelines
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities on a freelance/contract basis
Ensure a strong candidate experience and timely closures
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant recruitment experience (Japan market mandatory)
Native Japanese speaker (business-level English preferred)
Strong access to and experience with local Japanese job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
Proven experience hiring for IT / Technical / Field Support roles
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
