This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, supporting both recruitment delivery and how dss+ presents itself as an employer of choice in Japan.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process while contributing to recruitment marketing and employer branding activities.
This role is well-suited to an intern, recent graduate, or early-career professional with an interest in recruitment, marketing or social media.
Based in Tokyo, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing and hiring managers, playing an important role in shaping the candidate experience and strengthening dss+'s employer brand in Japan.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Support recruitment marketing by creating and posting engaging content across social media channels and careers platforms.
Assist with employer branding initiatives that showcase dss+ culture, values and career opportunities.
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and support recruitment reporting.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing priorities.
Contribute to recruitment materials such as job advertisements, social posts, presentations and event collateral.
What You Will Bring
Currently studying, recently graduated, or up to two years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, marketing, communications or social media.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter).
Native Japanese speaker with strong English proficiency.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
