職務内容:
- 営業担当者の採用戦略の立案と実行
- 関係部署と採用要件、ペルソナの策定
- ダイレクトリクルーティングの実施
- 人材紹介会社との連携・管理
- 採用プロセスの設計・改善
- 候補者とのコミュニケーション
- 入社後フォロー、オンボーディング連携
- 採用広報・ブランディング協力
スキル及び経験:
- 中途採用実務経験(事業会社または人材紹介会社)
- 営業職(特に法人営業)の採用経験
- 候補者および社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる能力
- スピード感のある環境で自走できる能力
