ポジション概要:

People Leader Partnerは、担当組織(例:
営業、マーケティング、コマーシャルオペレーション、日本国内のGPA)の事業の変革を支える戦略的な人事パートナーとして、Poepleリーダーと緊密に連携し、組織の成長と従業員のエンゲージメントを推進します。Peopleリーダーと連携して組織の人事戦略を実行する上で、このポジションは重要な役割を果たします。単なる人事業務にとどまらず、経営層と協働し、組織戦略を実現する重要な役割です。


具体的な業務内容:
リーダーシップ開発とコーチング ・Peopleリーダーへの1on1コーチング ・リーダーシップ研修の企画・運営 ・変革期におけるリーダーの意思決定支援
組織設計と人員計画 ・事業戦略に基づく組織再編の提案 ・ポジション管理とコスト最適化
パフォーマンスマネジメント支援 ・評価制度の導入・運用(グローバル方針+ローカル適用) ・目標設定とレビューのガイドライン策定 ・パフォーマンス改善計画のサポート
従業員エンゲージメント向上 ・従業員エンゲージメントサーベイの分析と改善施策の実行 ・オンボーディングプロセスの改善 ・チームビルディング施策の推進
タレント戦略の推進 ・採用計画の策定と実行、優秀な人材の獲得推進 ・ハイポテンシャル人材の育成プログラム設計 ・離職防止施策の立案と実施


このポジションに求められる実務経験 :
人事領域での実務経験(HRBP、タレントマネジメント、組織開発など)
ネイティブレベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベルの英語力(グローバルチームとのコミュニケーション必須)
複雑な組織環境での課題解決力とプロジェクト推進力
コーチングやリーダーシップ開発の経験があれば尚可

Job Title:
People Leader Partner (HR Business Partner)

Position Overview

The People Leader Partner serves as a strategic HR partner supporting business transformation and execution of the People Strategy for the assigned organizations (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, GPA in the Zone Japan). Working closely with People Leaders, this role drives organizational growth and employee engagement. The position plays a critical role in collaborating with people leaders to execute upon organizational People strategies.

The position is a part of the global People Leader Partner community and is involved into global, regional and zone programs.

Key Responsibilities

・Talent and Leadership

Partner with People leaders to ensure that we build organizational capability by attracting developing and retaining top talent with the potential to grow to roles with greater impact
Build capacity for People Leaders to lead organizational transformation effectively and support in navigating change
Provide coaching to People Leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and build high-performing teams.

・Performance and Development


Enable People Leaders to drive impactful performance management, fostering employee growth and development through setting clear responsibilities and goals, and holding regular performance and development discussions in alignment with global philosophy and local guidelines.

Enable people leaders to address underperformance

・Engagement and Culture

Partner with People Leaders to role model and foster our culture of impact with care, manage team engagement and act on feedback (e.g. through People Engagement Survey)
Ensure People Leaders facilitate efficient and impactful onboarding of new team members leveraging available global resources.

・Workforce Planning and Operations

Partner with People Leaders to ensure organizational structures are aligned with business strategy
Manage position planning and optimize costs

・Business Transformation Support

Serve as a strategic partner in business transformation initiatives designing people impact assessment and strategies ensuring leadership buy-in and smooth planning for activation with a local People Partner
Safeguard our People function operating model and ensure proper handling and handover according to the model

Required Experience & Skills

Hands-on experience in HR functions (HRBP, talent management, organizational development, etc.)
Native-level Japanese and business-level English (essential for global team communication)
Strong problem-solving and project management skills in complex organizational environments
Experience in coaching and leadership development

Preferred Qualifications

HR experience in multinational companies
Knowledge of labor relations and legal compliance
Ability to leverage data analytics for HR strategy development

【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

変更の範囲:
当社拠点全般。

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00~13:00

【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月4日)

【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、Care Leave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間) ほか

【時間外労働】あり

※管理職での採用の場合

⇒残業代は支給対象外(深夜勤務手当、休日深夜勤務手当の支給はあり)

※一般職での採用の場合

⇒30時間分の固定残業代を給与に含みます。固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過分は別途支給します

【給与】基本給 年収800万円~ ご経験により考慮します

【賞与】インセンティブ 15%または20%

※インセンティブは毎年3月に支給。(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)

※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり

【手当】通勤手当の支給あり

【加入保険】社会保険(厚生年金保険、健康保険)・労働保険(雇用保険、労災保険)
