職務内容
日本事業のP&Lパフォーマンスを集計・検証・報告(差異分析含む)
月次予測および年間計画の策定をビジネスリーダーと協働
シナリオ分析や財務モデルの作成による意思決定支援
経営陣との連携による前提条件の設定と主要指標の完成
特別プロジェクトやイニシアチブに関するアドホック分析
理想の人材
財務分野で5年以上の経験(FP&A経験歓迎)
高度な分析力、Excel、ERP、BIツール(Power BI、Tableau)スキル
ビジネス、ファイナンス、会計、経済学の学士号
優れたコミュニケーション能力とチーム間での影響力
テクノロジーまたは通信業界経験尚可
条件・待遇
年収:約1,000万〜1,300万円
ハイブリッド勤務(週3日オフィス)、東京中心部
