【人事関連組織の体制】

HR組織は以下の3つの役割で構成されていますが、HR企画戦略部は、経営戦略・事業戦略と連動する人事戦略の策定をリードし、関係部署と連携して実行する部署です。

①HRBP(ビジネスパートナー)=CFOオフィス、地域組織内HR

各ビジネスグループの戦略パートナーとして、人財に関する打ち手を伴走的に支援

②CoE(Center of Excellence)=HR企画戦略部

採用、育成、報酬、タレントマネジメント、人的資本開示などの機能ごとに専門性を提供

③HRオペレーション =HRソリューションズ部・住商アドミサービス

人事制度運用や給与、勤怠、各種事務手続きなどの業務処理の実行組織

職務内容

チーム長の指示・サポートを受けながらHRビジネスパートナーや各営業・コーポレート部署、社外関係者と密にコミュニケーションを取り、以下業務(※)の企画立案・運用を行う。

(課題を特定し、解決策・改善策を自ら考え提案し、実行する。)

これら業務を通じて、当社グループの成⻑の原動⼒である人財の⼒を最⼤限引き出し、戦略実⾏⼒の強化に結びつける。

(※)HRインフォメーション・システムチーム:人事データ管理手法の刷新、次期人事システム導入の検討・実行

また、SharePoint・OneDrive(Microsoft365アプリ)のアクセス権限設定・管理等に関する実践スキル・知識・経験。

・自組織の担当業務において、課題を特定し、解決策・改善策を自ら考え提案し、実行した実績

初期配属地: 東京

キャリア展開のモデル

まずは当該チームでご活躍いただき一定程度の専門性を身に着けていただいた上で、ご本人の希望もお伺いしながら、国内・海外のHR関連組織やIT関連組織へのローテーションの可能性あり。

将来的にはHRISやその関連領域における高い専門性を備えた人財として活躍いただく想定です。
